With an average retail price of $269 the WISPR Vaporizer is slightly more expensive than it's predecessor the ioLite which retails at $199. This review will explain why we recommend the WISPR and will discuss how it differs from the ioLite.
When it comes to portable vaporizers, the WISPR takes the cake. While the ioLite is a very effective portable vaporizer, the redesigned WISPR is a smaller device that features an improved butane delivery system. After being filled with butane the WISPR will provide consistent vaporization for up to 3 hours, the fuel level window allows users to view how much butane is left in the device. Available in 5 colors (Espresso, Oyster Blue, Grape Red, Pistachio Green, Orange), the WISPR looks more like an mp3 player than a vaporizer. Weighing in at 4.5 oz and featuring a fold-away mouthpiece, the WISPR is truly designed for on-the-go use. The simple design makes this one of the easiest vaporizers to use. One press of a button and the vaporizer is heated to an optimal temperature of 347° F (190° C) and ready to use in under 2 minutes. An orange LED indicates when the device is ready.
